Hi, I’m Thea, a Specialist Pregnancy & Postpartum Trainer, mum to little Otto and Ralphy, and a CrossFit Level 2 Coach based in South West London, covering Wandsworth, Southfields, and Earlsfield.
I’m a true believer in the power of movement and everything I teach, I live myself. I train consistently, prioritise my wellbeing, and navigate the ups and downs of mum life right alongside my clients. I’m always looking for the next adventure, and I keep the health of my family and myself at the centre of everything I do. I’m also committed to continually developing my knowledge, skills, and life experience, because life is meant to be lived fully and with strength.
I started Thea Hudson Fitness because I wanted to share the joy and fulfilment that this lifestyle has given me. As a Personal Trainer and CrossFit Coach, I knew I could make a meaningful impact, helping others feel stronger, happier, and more empowered in their bodies.
Over the years, I’ve become especially passionate about supporting mums and mums-to-be. I work closely with women dealing with diastasis recti, prolapse, and other postnatal challenges, offering a safe, supportive path to regain strength, function, and confidence in their bodies. Every woman deserves the opportunity to move well, feel strong, and enjoy the benefits of exercise during and after pregnancy.
In 2022, I welcomed my first son, and then my second in January 2024. Going through these transformative experiences myself has deepened my understanding of what it takes, physically and emotionally, to navigate this chapter. It’s made me even more determined to support other women on their journey.
Because here’s the truth, when we take great care of the one body and life we’ve been given, everything else benefits. A strong, happy, and confident mum is one of the greatest gifts a family can have.
My approach is all about creating a supportive, positive, and fun environment, using both lived experience and professional expertise to guide you through pregnancy and postpartum with care, confidence, and clarity.
